STORE POLICIES

SHIPPING:

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. on Friday will be process and shipped on Monday.
  • Based on the time the order was placed, we either ship your order on the same day on the following business day.
  • We use expedited shipping service. Orders take about 3 to 4 days to arrive after they have been processed and shipped.
  • Domestic and international holidays, weather conditions and natural disasters can affect shipping and delivery times.
  • All shipments are fully insured.
  • Tracking numbers are emailed 24 hours after your order was picked up by the carrier.
  • Once the order has been processed, we can no longer change the address, stop shipment or cancel the order.
  • We can not ship to P.O.Box addresses.
  • For military addresses please contact us before placing an order.
  • If your order is being delivered to a residential address, we can only ship it to the billing address of the credit or debit card used to pay for the order.
  • We do not deliver to third party shipping companies or addresses that are suspeciouse or used by scammers. We reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime.
  • If you believe your screen was damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately by email. We must be notified no later than 24 hours from the delivery date. 

 

WARRANTY:

All parts come with a 1 year warranty. 

All warranty requests must be submitted in writing. Please use our RMA page to contact us with regards to any warranty issues. Click Here.

If parts develop any defect within their warranty, we will replace the part for you at no extra cost. Please contact and we will start a return process. We will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number via email with instructions on how to return the part. Warranty does not cover damages, misuse, incorrect installation, alterations or changes to the part.

 

RETURNS:

We offer a 30 days return policy.

We accept returns for the following reasons/issues:

  • If you have received a defective part.
  • If we have sent you a wrong screen model due to our mistake.  
  • If you are not happy with your order (must be a legitimate reason). 

Please make sure you are ordering the correct/compatible screen (model, year, size) for your MacBook model. If you are not 100% sure, please contact us and we will help you located the correct screen. We do not accept returns for screens that were ordered incorrectly by customers such as if you ordered a wrong model or if the the problem with your screen wasn’t related to your MacBook screen itself but something else such as bad logicboard, wiring or video chip on your logicboard. 

All parts must be returned in their original condition and without any damages, signs of wear and tear, changes or alterations. Please do not remove the protective clear films from the front and back of the screen until you have installed the screen and made sure everything is in working order and functioning. Please do not remove any manufacturing labels from the internal wiring and ribbons.

PAYMENTS:

  • We accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover.
  • All credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe safe processing.
  • All credit and debit card payments are protected by SSL and McAFee online security.
